At Pamper Me by Priscilla, we want you to love your order.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on items that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pampermebypriscilla.com.au with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Return conditions

If a return is approved, items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • returned in the condition they were received

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • opened beauty products
  • used lip products
  • sale or clearance items
  • gift cards, if applicable

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
