When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Please allow a little extra time during launches, promotions, and busy periods.

How long does shipping take?
For Australian orders, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $79.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we are focusing on Australia-wide shipping only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pampermebypriscilla.com.au.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
